Show a video on the screens #

Turn on the Projectors #

There is a pad of buttons on the desk in front of you. Press the home button and then select projector control. On that list, tap the middle ‘Projectors On’ Button to turn on all the projectors, or one of the numbered buttons to turn on individual screens.

Connect your video source #

If you’d like to connect your laptop to the system, you can plug it in either at the back of the room, or the center of the space.

Route the video souce #

Click Home on the controller, and click Routing Click the button which corresponds to your use case. Laptop in space / Laptop on Desk

## Your laptop should now be displayed on all of the screens!

If you would like your laptop on only one screen you can turn off the projectors that aren’t needed by pressing their individual buttons on the projector page.

This will only make it take longer for the technician to fix it when they arrive.
